Growing Connections

Fostering community connection has always been our ethos, so we are extremely grateful when others connect with Crobs’ and use their resources to help us achieve our vision.

This blog post is a small token of our appreciation for the many people and organisations that assist us in keeping Crobs’ functioning whether through attendance, provision of venue, partnership, press coverage or  promotion.

Weekend Notes ImageA massive thank you to the Crobs’ members and chess meeting attendees, the Thursday Ellenbrook chess group, Cafe Di Mondo, Dome cafe Mundaring, City Farm, the local press, City of Swan, followers of our blog and/or Facebook page, the residents and staff at St Bartholomew House, and the newest addition to the Crobs’ network, writer John Fallon, who has kindly promoted Crobs’ Coffee & Chess and our Sunday chess meetings on the Weekend Notes website. Check out John’s article here:

Please keep spreading the word about our chess meetings and services. Together, we can create more connected, more accessible, and more inclusive communities.
