Due to the recent closure of Café Di Mondo, Crobs’ Coffee & Chess have lost the place they have called home every Sunday for the past four years. Unfortunately, this means our Sunday meetings have been put on hold temporarily whilst we source a new venue.

Although we have contacted all the cafes in the Midland area that operate on a Sunday, so far we haven’t been able to secure premises that meet the requirements of the chess group. If anyone has any suggestions or leads on potential venues, please contact us so we can make arrangements to relocate Crobs and resume our weekly chess meetings as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we will keep everyone updated via the Crobs’ Coffee & Chess Facebook page and this website blog.
